Moroccan Cooking courses

Moroccan culture can be an exciting and worldly experience. The gastronomy of Morocco has been influenced by the native Berber cuisine, the Arabic Andalusian and Jewish cuisine. This is why it is so rich. The main Moroccan dish most people are familiar with is couscous which is very old and of Berber, jewishand Arabic origin. One of the main methods of cooking in Morocco is using the tagine which is a pot made of clay. The dishes described as tagines are Moroccan slow-cooked meat or chicken, dry fruit and vegetable dishes which are almost invariable. Our concern is to make you taste, learn and prepare a delicious dish. Therefore, our cooking classes, it’s about a celebration of being together around a table, preparing glorious food and immersing yourself in the aromas and tastes.
Outside of Marrakech we will enjoy the cooking in small Berber village, which allow tasting history of Morocco deeply Berber culture. Cooking by your-self it is memorable experience that could be learnt. Finely you eat what you cooked.
We take you back to your Hotel or raid in Marrakech at 5 pm.
