Excursion Atlas Mountains via the 3 valleys

Get away about 40 km from Marrakech for a Day trip we will have first stop as photographic session in LALLA TAKERKOUST artificial lake of 7 km. We will drive trough villages and will be able to stop whenever you want for photo or get more information.

We will continue to climb a little zigzag road till the top which offer panoramic views of the Morocco nature.
Then reach KIK plateau that give a beautiful spot to ATLAS Mountains full of snow in winter time, after that arriving to the green ASNI VALLEY by its colorful land and mountains.

Somewhere in the valley we will be greeted with mint tea and fresh dates or nuts in Berber house by chance you can learn how to prepare Berber tea.

At the altitude of 2000 meter we will carry on to climb upwards till we left the main road, the nature is incredibly on hillsides. Water is omnipresent, winding between the meadows, irrigating the field and orchards.continue our journey along mountain roadway till we reach the SIDI FARES valley an authentic area famous for apple growth, here where you can eat an excellent and organic tasty tagine in Berber house of the village overlooking the ATLAS MOUNTAINS depends MOUNT TOUBKAL: the highest peak in Northern Africa culminating at 4460 meters and often snow capped.

Leaving this valley behind we will head up into OURIKA VALLEY where the road follows the rushing OURIKA river, which although the levels Cary, never runs dry and provides wonderful white water rafting in the summer month.

After a memorable visit of three valleys we will return back to Marrakech afternoon around 5h pm.
