The dishes described as tagines are Moroccan slow-cooked meat or chicken, dry fruit and vegetable dishes which are almost invariable. Outside of Marrakech we will enjoy the cooking in small Berber village, which allow tasting history of Morocco deeply Berber culture. Cooking by your-self it is memorable experience that could be learnt. Finely you eat what you cooked.
